Insurance/Payment
Our physicians participate with many insurance plans. For billing questions or for help with filing your claim our Billing Department is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For your convenience, our office accepts MasterCard, VISA, and Discover Card.

Referrals
Our physicians are Orthopedic Specialists. Your insurance may require a referral from your primary doctor for a specialist visit. To avoid delays in scheduling, please check your card and plan coverage or check with your primary care physician prior to your visit.

Workers' Compensation Injuries
Our doctors are skilled in providing care to employees injured while at work. We work closely with the employee, employer, and care managers to promote an optimum return-to-work status.

Cost-Efficient Care
We strive to provide each patient with the highest quality orthopedic care. To be as efficient as possible we request that you bring any recent information pertaining to your injury to avoid duplication of tests or procedures. Any recent x-rays, labs, or physician visit reports will help reduce your health care costs.
